I mostly use my phone as a timer anyway and I did download an app called kantai on iOS out of boredom but this doesn't look like yours and I'm probably going to end up speaking to no one. It's very simplistic but my main issues with it had to do with the size and organization because it can be a bit tricky to press the right buttons with my American hamhands. It would be nice if there were clear outlines around the timer options and if it were zoomed in enough to require me to scroll down to get to the construction or even docking options. The other problem is that there's no way to tell it to repeat a timer for expeditions since most players run a routine. They're minor criticisms but if you're not too hung up on being obsolete maybe that could give you some ideas. Also I don't think it would matter how poor your english is or if it's even untranslated in the first place since most people could figure it out easily enough so long as it's functional.
