Your problem here might be that you are starting a thread with a request, if a very polite one.

You may want to get things started by offering up something before asking. Like looking up a couple of Cirno doujins yourself at first, then asking if anyone knows something similar to the one you liked best. Get some discussion going.

Cirno firmly claims she's the strongest without any reflection on it, though, whereas every American with a firm grasp on foreign relations probably knows it's a constant struggle to stay on top and that superpowers are always in an unstable position.
Also, even within her own sphere of influence, Cirno doesn't have the power to police anybody she could have a meaningful beneficial relation to.

Possibly Cirno could be Minnesota, but hardly all of the US.

Every night, a murderous stalker has his way with a sleeping Cirno and accidentally kills her.
