There are only two days the fragments are being spawned into. 12th and 10th of june.
Rika spawns on 10th, Satoko spawns on 12th.
When one spawns in the fragment, the other follows.
There is one day that is off though. The riverside scene which happens on 11th.
Now - it's only wrong if you assume Rika spawns at the moment she wakes up under the tree.
Actually she's been already spawned since 10th. That's exactly why is she happy and says weird shit.
Because it's the first time she has been in a loop since 10th. Every loop that started on 12th was an unknown territory to her, those are the loops Satoko takes actions first.
Why is Nekodamashi always (well, maybe not) making her loop on 12th? Because things we've seen aren't always presented in a chronologically correct way. Just like the disembowelment scene.
The source of Satoko and Rika's power has the same nature. It might even be Hanyuu which has probably disappeared in Satoko's 'nexus' too.
Onidamashi combined with the current loop prove that Satoko's actions aren't malicious. I will only explain if asked.
But now it's mostly Rika's actions which start to make things going the wrong way. Satoko is doing everything right.
Rika thinks the fragment goes too well despite it being her fragment. Then she confront's Satoko.
She will cause a scenerio hellish enough to make Satoko gut her like a fish. She will snap her finger for the fifth time.
No, I still don't know who is injecting people with H-173 but I think It doesn't happen every loop.
There might be some time between the first loope arriving and the second one following him.
