In terms of tempering your expectations, sure, people conditioned themselves to only expect Stage 5 characters, if anyone new at all. But i've been waiting for this chance for a while, that's the purpose of a Phantasmagoria title for me and it seems ZUN is in line with that thought to some extent (Although nowadays neglected characters are not limited to the early stages).
Regardless i'm glad our sweetest bun made it and that on top of that, she's great! Everyone loves playing as Seiran! She's gonna shoot straight to the top! Just you wait! No longer will she struggle to fit in! Everyone will praise & love Seiran!
