How you know she sucked at everything?

Whereas not epochal, her effortless piano playing is that of a smooth and sensitive professional concertist and, from logical inference, I only know that she sucked at ballet since she got a ridiculously low amount of lessons to even shape her body properly.

Anyway, it is true that she's always lived though schedules but that ain't necessarily bad: if you're doing things you enjoy it's simply a smart way to make the most of your life. It doesn't even need to be repressive or conservative, as long as you do organize your time; say, Francis Bacon (the painter) had a tight and almost religious schedule of day sleeping, nightclubbing, getting wasted, fucking and painting all night long; it worked nicely for him until well on his 80's.
