I thought really hard but couldn't come up with 5 vtubers who are not already happy with their current position or would benefit from joining Hololive. Indies are indie because they like the freedom (see Lulu). Vspo girls are already successful in Vspo. Same for most Nijisanji.
So I'd go with Nui Sociere because her model suck and she deserves more for streaming so many different games and Hoozuki Warabe because she's wasting her talents at Noripro
