Imprint by the same filmmaker Miike Takashi. It's not quite the same, and it takes place in the Meiji era, but it has similar vibes to Gozu.

Ohhh, you're gonna love (or hate) Visitor Q. It's weirder and more insane than Gozu and Imprint, due to how realistic it is and its themes are compared to Gozu and Imprint with their fantastical elements. In my opinion, it's Miike's sickest work.
