If you realy want to go the rough and harsh way with a hu, you have to first get close to her if she live in her own house, bring a rope to tie up, tons of stan/en restoring drugs and even then realise that it's pointless since she is most likely have no unwilling lines aside from the generic default ones so at this point why not play K?
The only hus with unwilling lines that I can think of are Eiki, kaguya, reisen.

EraTW is well know as a vanilla simulator for a reason that goes as far as 2013 from my understanding, why is why coming this late to add gruesome stuff is, if the recent events are anything to go by, pointless.

That being said, as vanila as the game looks, stuff like pic related still exist by only for the mob characters like you mentionned but remain very limited.

TLDR: TW=vanilla, K=rape, Reverse=can be fun but not for everyone, Megaten=I should reeealy play it someday.
