She's really slow too compared to Mia. Does a bit more on one part than Mia due to the bonus, but less because she's only hitting one side. Rear might have different resistances
Dex is part of the defense calculation. Increases your damage and reduces taken damage.

Doesn't seem like skill boosts on the substitute members count at the start? Kicked the event gacha 3*, there's nothing special about her, so got one skill turn reduction. Team doesn't line up nicely anymore though and auto is still dumb about skills.

No issues with money here. But I really haven't needed to go ham with weapon upgrades.
