Here's a pic of the Fleshskin in the sleeve warmer before I made the modification and chopped the top bit off.

The warmer is pretty good so far.

The feet keep the stand upright, and overall feels fairly solid. It doesn't get too hot, but it takes a while to heat up (6-9 minutes the booklet says). It turns itself off at max temp and the little LED light goes off. I could probably leave it plugged in until I'm back home and it'll be warm and not burnt (I think).

You can plug the usb into the wall socket with a usb adaptor (not included), or a pc always on port.
