Because Miko isn't menhera like so many of the holos. She is also very empathetic and kind so everybody feels comfortable around her. In addition she is also very hard working and reliable which is why she has organized so many hololive events. She really is the glue that holds hololive together.

Miko certainly doesn't end the stereotype of "YAGOO's island for broken girls" but all of her issues are physical. Mentally she is very strong and has been through a lot since becoming Sakura Miko.
