Finally. I can't remember when was the last time I fell under softcap. Granted, it's ammo which I was behind on stockpiling, but fuel was getting dangerously close to that too. It's ridiculous how even "small-scale" can now mean a large event, everything eats resources like a black hole, you aren't allowed to run expeditions since everything needs support to be reliable, but hardcap hasn't changed since what, being implemented?
