Play Kusari. The blood related imouto's route there is awesome, and Kishima is an awesome villain. Game is really immersive in my opinion.

Yeah Imouto in Kusari is truly awesome, and I hate NTR/Unavoidable rape too. Thing is, the Villain guy is so interesting that you don't really mind him taking all the girls you don't care about. And really, the Imouto ending is a sight to behold.

Anyway my favorites are S heroines (only nukiges I play is because them) preferably Sadist with a loving side/affection not just Sadist out of boredom or something.

Personally, I loved Kusari, but I only rated it as 82 or 84 because of various minor stuff. Still one of the most immerse eroges I remember, and dat imouto ending.
