take an empty peanut butter jar or cut the head off a 20 oz bottle
buy plain gelatin from the supermarket, mix it 2-4x strong, let it set, fuck it
you can leave something in the middle to create a channel while it sets, or just slip a knife through the center to create an opening
either way it's a lot of work for something that's only good for one use, and not very good at that
alternatively get a jar of vaseline and scoop out the center
