Okay anons, you win. It might not be classy, but there are some redeeming qualities to smoking. It improves memory among other things (I'll get the source tomorrow) and it actually tastes good, kindof like an earthy vanilla. The feel of inhaling the smoke and that throat hit is relaxing as well. The problem is that it smells off to a non-smoker, it's carcinogenic, and it costs $5 a day which could be spent on figs. But it is sophisticated because it uses fire and an agricultural product and it can be savored like a fine wine.
