He was born in 1987 and raised in China because his family happened to live there. He got sick of school and was a loner delinquent (he once stuck a butterfly knife to a teacher's desk and got expelled for it) who almost got himself into a Chinese mafia.
Eventually he moved to Japan (where rest of his relatives) with his father (who apparently looked exactly like him) and turned into a huge otaku by watching Eva; he even took a loan to buy a Suigintou doll. When he started to work as a freelance game writer for 4Gamer, one day he interviewed Sugita and they really clicked. Sugita thought he was a really interesting guy so he made him read few lines for an opening drama of Anigera and then made him his unofficial assistant; "SP Tanaka" didn't get paid until he turned into Mafia Kajita in the 100th episode; in exchange Sugita treated him to meals and bought him all sorts of stuff like his now iconic leather jacket.

The one who basically raised this guy.
