Hell if you wanna get into it Inaba of moon/earth outrightly shows that she can whip up drugs that affect cell division and thus DNA by making monster fish and quick growing bamboo. Yeah it was a gag manga but it goes to show that her medicine can be used to treat the underlying cause of cancer itself
