Here is an escaped elf on her natural environment, about to get captured by the human hunter who ahs been following her against her knowledge.
As you can see, wild elves have little understanding of clothing and prefer to go nude or almost if given the choice.

This particular specimen is a member of the Japanese long-eared elf sub-species, my favorite breed of elf. As the name implies, their ears are incredibly long as well as sensitive, a characteristic commonly exploited during an elf's training to praise her praise by gently rubbing her ears to give her pleasure, or as punishment by twisting it with enough force to cause pain.
