Sometimes you have to bite someone if the entire school thinks you're a pushover. It's a good tactic to scare people away, and we got a bunch of liberal arts power-nerds thinking everyone will play nice.

Well, my first concern would be to provide Rumia with the purest and healthiest specimens I can procure. This means, obviously, no bums, drunks, drug addicts, and the like - the risk of impurities entering Rumia's diet is too great.

I am aware that this is the caliber of human that most youkai do indeed eat, given that the Road of Reconsideration is traveled mainly by human scum (and Yukari only picks humans that won't be missed for abduction), but I am adamant in providing only the best for my daughter.

I would obviously gravitate towards yuppies, preferably thin ones that can be seen leaving Whole Foods or yoga fitness centers. There would still be the danger of contamination (esp. with cigarettes and psychedelics) however I imagine such bodies would be tested for unacceptable impurities, like a youkai FDA checks human food for contaminants.

Children are another choice for purity, however abducting too many of them would draw the quick attention of authorities. Children DO disappear on occasion, so I imagine we'd only eat baby on New Year's.
