Compared to the time when it was Warhammer Fantasy, I imagine it's an absolute improvement. Original Chief God up and disappeared for no reason. Arguing about the intentions of the OCG would lead nowhere since by pure virtue of creating the universe, it'd always boil down to either the OCG being incompetent and things getting out of hand, or literally everything being part of OCG's design, even the rise of the current DL.
