I'm no statistician but I doubt we'll actually ever notice Japan's aging population being meaningfully reflected in the debut landscape. Even when one day, youngsters are only a worryingly small % of the overall Japanese population, an even tinier % of that demographic going into JAV will still be a lot -- these figures are simply operating on different scales where changes in the makeup of hundreds of millions probably won't translate into the <200 scale for debuts. Additionally, hags will still remain a smaller cohort in comparison to youngsters no matter how the overall Japanese population ages or how close to the mainstream Madonna gets. It's also why hags will always be underrated since they'll continue to be a fringe offering.
