Like what >>31553182 said, I play on the KR server since it's not censored. Before the big update awhile back, it supported translated menus via fan patches and so on, but the major changes prevent that and made the team put it on the back burner for now. It's still a fairly easy game to pick up, and the wiki for it helps quite a bit. Really hard to sell it like this, but it's worth a shot if you like those style of games.
