You can remove intimacy from sex. It maybe hard to accept (and I can understand that), but sex is just physical activity anyway after you remove all the emotional baggage and its procreation purpose (and all the risks like pregnancy and STDs).
Which they can totally do since they're called "Actresses". I love it when they show behind the scenes with all the briefing or where the actress just get up, wear her robe, and casually chat with the crew after the sex like it's nothing. Because it's nothing.

Not him, but you always see in this kind of thread people asking to identify a video they watched in the past. So people like to revisit things they watched before. Or save their favorites without worrying the streaming will be gone someday. Because most of the time, they will.

If you mean the actors in mainstream studios that's because they treat the actress delicately as the queen of the set. So the actors don't want to upset the girl by going overboard, or maybe the director too. Because that may ruin or delay the carefully planned shooting.
Sometimes it's shown on the video itself that they have some briefing beforehand on what to do (and what not to do).
