Aren't there only three Bookmate in Shikoku but more in Honshu? Their site has a map with store locations. So, is the meme about Shikoku inaccurate? They don't exist in most of Setouchi and one even is outside of it, so I don't know if a name for just the region with Bookmate stores exists. I jokingly propose to call the Bookmate domain "Koukoufuku" as the onyomi reading of 高岡福 from the names of Takamatsu, Okayama and Fukuyama. I ignored Kurashiki because this way the abbreviation fortunately sounds exactly like it means "high school uniform" and a girl's school uniform is inherently erotic. I don't think we really should start calling it that because it would be confusing, but if Bookmate isn't only in Shikoku, then the memes are wrong...
