my house humidity is typically around 50-60%, i use a paper towel to seep out all the moisture until its bone dry, then store powdered in a container that is also lined with a large towel(mostly just to prevent the onas from sticking to the container). if i wanted additional dryness, i would have some silicone desiccant in the container(you can get a big one meant for this sort of thing for like 5$)
