Even if they speak such words of truth and love and beauty and Divine poetry that it makes your heart ache. Even if they show you things of such wonder and tenderness that it makes you doubt their wickedness. Even if you grow to adore them with all your heart and soul. They will betray you. They will break your heart.

I still think about her. God help me, I still dream about her.
