Been busy with commissions and contest stuff lately, though I'm finding time to keep working on Victory and Defeat. No promises on how soon the next chapter will be up, but I'm dealing with the prose rather than initial drafts of the chapter, so it won't take too long.

I also got word that the story I wrote won that contest with first place. Actually surprised I won something.

I'd have continued Victory and Defeat but I've slowed down to a crawl for various reasons. One is that I have to go to uni to do absolutely fuckall, so that tanks my time as I'm too busy bitching in my mind to write. The other is that I've been focusing on other projects, one of which is a contest with a deadline for another site and the other of which was a commission piece that took most of my time and has questionable content and origin thus why I haven't posted it here, so it's not like I wasn't writing at all. Seeing as my writing skill might be shittier than I had originally thought, I'd also spend more time going through each chapter to see where I can improve further, so that'll inevitably slow it down.

Hopefully when that contest is done I'll be able to focus on Victory and Defeat, although after that I might sort of retire from writefagging to focus on improving my drawfagging, since I fucking suck at it. Not that I'll stop writing altogether, but it won't be at the very top in my list of priorities unless commissions or contests with deadlines show up.
