I really wish there was more conflict in the setting.

Like there were distinct factions of Orc gangs that would wage lewd wars with one another. One is firmly in the camp of 'BIG CHESTS ARE BEST!' and have a Grimgor Ironhide-esque High Orc leader that has plans to fight EVERYONE, including the current Demon Lord, just to prove that orcs are the superior race; while on the other side of the coin there's a Sabbath-backed Goblin leader that is worshiped by Hobgoblins and Orcs alike for the sheer flatness of her chest.

Nothing grimdark or bloody. Just good old fashion AMBITION and CONFLICT.
