As much as I like Tomoki (and SnO as a whole, actually) and Keichi, Takeru's voice sounds too similar to Kira Yamato for me to like it. On the other hand, I'm not fond of partial voicing so I probably would have got used to it through Extra if he had been voiced.

Sumika is the best childhood friend type character I've seen. How she interacts with Takeru is just great.

Incidentally, I didn't feel like waiting so I started reading Unlimited. Even with military mumbo jumbo, boy is it a lot easier to read than Rui Tomo.
