Not a map of Gensokyo, but as I said before itt the area around lake Suwa is believed by some to be what Gensokyo is based on. It's not named here, but thare is a Mt. Tengu nearby. ZUN's home town of Hakuba also has a shrine similar to Reimu's.
Also, I think Cirno's name may have been a pun on the city of Chino.
