It depends, I guess whichever one is descended from whoever Yukari of Hana Yakumo took care of would pass on the Yakumo stuff.
But somebody would have to be a Hakurei and live at the shrine, which would probably preclude them from being a Yakumo as well, conflict of interests/duties and all that.
Also I just realized, that the picture I chose Koishi Yakumo-Komeiji does look like a trap, but KYK is definitely a woman.
