Daiyousei might be the only exception since it seems to be saying she's bigger than other fairies when comparing Koakuma's height to her, but that might just mean they're both the height of 11 year olds.

It's in PMiSS, but Lily was able to be held by a child so she's probably smaller than the rest. It's even worse if they do have teen body types because it'd make their legs longer and torsos shorter.
