I didn't intend for my post to be a review so I'll throw in a few more details. The skin layer is made of Momochi skin TPE which is very soft. I was lucky that I didn't have any little dimples or impressions left from the blister case which is impressive considering it shipped from Japan.

I was able to paizuri them but it was a struggle. There's definitely enough breast to sandwich the penis so that's not the issue. My problems to solve is the fact that it has to be laid flat + my erection angle + I have to squeeze the breasts together.

Again, the momochi skin makes the breasts feel very soft but I own a Honmono so I knew what to expect when I bought the Pururun Tennan. I can definitely understand how some people can struggle to cum using the breasts. It definitely felt different to use compared to a normal onahole.
