Off topic but they're all just old at this point. All three of them are 40+ at this point so they've kind of missed the boat. If you need something more specific about them, then:
Iori is voiced by the legendary Kugimiya Rie, which I think might scare people off because people might think she's out of their league by being one of the most prolific voice actresses ever. At the exact same time, I'd say she's probably the ugliest member of the original voice cast too, which definitely doesn't help.

Azusa's voice actress is pretty famous for being an eccentric character. She flashes her cleavage a lot, likes drinking, and play-flirting with any of the male staff on hand during events. She's a funny character, is super pretty, and has a huge rack, but she's not exactly what I think people, and especially the Japanese, consider marriage material.

Chihaya's voice actress is kind of just a sad story. She's voiced by Asami Imai, best known for Kurisu Steins;Gate, so she's not Kugimiya-tier but she's definitely pretty famous. She seems nice but she pretty much just become a crazy cat lady. She's always had a sorta-jokey relationship with Haruka's voice actress because Imai has always had insanely strong chemistry with her but Haruka's voice actress got married so that kind of went out the window. Also doesn't help that she got really, really fat for a few years from around 2017-2019. She's definitely slimmed out recently but she used to look insanely good and combine that with age hitting her, she's never really going to be able to have the body she once had.
