(from the previous thread about the Eva discussion)
Of course there are chances Eva might survived.
The official theory has happy coincidences for Eva. It becomes a Golden Truth because the evidences and the meta favor the Eva culprit theory.
But we should check that again what could've happened in reality. In theory, Eva and Hideyoshi killed 7.
>Rosa
>Maria
>Rudolph
>Kyrie
>Krauss
>Natsuhi
>Battler
Let's re-create the last scenes until Battler got shot because I think you were missing some important informations.
A) Jessica was treated in the servant's room
B) Nanjo got shot outside
C) Kanon got revived and lead Jessica to the parlor
D) Beatrice formed a barrier and EVA reduced her to a heart and Golden Butterflies
E) Battler and EVA battle!
F) Battler got shot by Eva in the parlor
I couldn't help but believe Jessica was already dead inside the parlor and Sayo (as Kanon) blocked the entrance and got killed by Eva. Ok, you should imagine what chaos happened here, but Battler called Eva a culprit. Now then, please rethink about everything we have discussed. Many speedreader-kuns missed that Eva and Battler returned to the parlor. Are you a speedreader-kun, too?

About Hideyoshi. Hideyoshi wasn't in the list of persons who are likely are able to act as murder in Confession. Kyrie and Rudolph wouldn't show an opening while interrogating him.

I hope it's more understandable now.
