No, not really "somewhat" depending upon how many Touhou artists one sees. Lots of variations out there and not all of them are good. Many artists seem to make Utsuho in their own vision of what they'd like her to be.

Some variations that bother me the most:

-having the red eye on her chest removable - either as an accessory on her blouse, or like a necklace
-her lower leg representation of Chernobyl's "Elephants Foot" is omitted
-the control rod turned into some sort of fancy, futuristic assault weapon
-having no wings (Why would someone do this??!)

Have to agree. Too thicc Okuu could have maneuverability problems in flight.
