Does this look like the final kill for Medium yet?

Also been doing the chipping via south route (got Hamakaze this way) with CV-CL-CAV-3DD with boss support.

I was thinking of finally taking the middle route and go all-Reppu with 2CV 2FBB DD CLT.

But if I take the south route for the final kill, any advice for the setup? Should I remove the Saiun and replace it with the Type-2 Recon? My last chipping run didn't activate the flares, AACI, nor the night recon plane.
