Remilia has no dialogue of the sort with Meiling, in fact the only dialogue between the two are their win quotes to one another in the fighters.

Sakuya is always bugging Meiling about her job because, well, it's her job to make sure things in the Mansion are running smoothly.

Patchouli is the only one that really gets mad at her because the sad fact is that Marisa gets in the Mansion all the time because Meiling isn't good enough to stop her, which of course leads to more missing books for Patchouli.
