To wit, the only person on the team who actually had the requisite skill. I've never seen a group of more determined, and less capable, idiots. You would think that after a certain point, they'd just pitch in a few dollars to hire a professional, rather than bumble around endlessly hoping that they can eventually make something work.

But the saddest part of all of this, is that even as they bumble around, and we mock them for their near-endless and time consuming mistakes, they're still trying, because there's demand. We do have alternatives, but we don't use them; we want mikudb back, for whatever reason. But nobody wants it back enough to put in the time, effort, and/or money to make that happen. Or maybe put more aptly: the right people don't care. After all, it takes more than a dream to make something happen; at the end of the day, you need at least a drop of talent.

And that drop of talent is something that this team seems to be sorely lacking.
