They're using flash so it's a bit more complicated than that.

>open page
>open developer tools (ctrl+shift+i on chrome)
>go to network tab
>refresh page
>in write "playinfo" into the filter textbox in developer tools
>click on the one entry that remains
>click on the response tab
>you should see pic related
>open one of the links (i believe 720 is best quality) in your favorite video player
