Making a quick, shoddy attempt (and yes, Tokyo)...better cultural fit for my personality/approach to life (still have a lot to learn, but overall I feel it's more like me than where I'm currently living), people watching, food, public transportation, ability to attend Momusu events. Might be some more important things than that, but those are the first 5 that popped into my head.

Prior to the FC tour's announcement, I had intended to attend a concert or two during my time in Tokyo (before/after the bus tour), but it seems MM will be on a break from the fall tour during my planned time there. So, sadly, no concerts for me...
And money is a fairly big concern for this trip as well, was kind of betting on the bus tour being a month or so after the announced date...so it's honestly a bit of a relief that I don't have to work any concerts into my budget.

If you're talking about the entire trip, a little more than that if you include spending money. Maybe $3500 or so... (see also: all the money I'll be making until the trip orz)
As for the bus tour itself, 64800yen I believe...so with exchange rate, maybe $750USD? But there'll be a middleman fee as well, so could be as much as $1000USD for me orz
