She brings up that when they bought Goro-nyan they also received some canned cat food that they could mix with the regular dry food if they happened to have times where he wouldn't be eating. But since he has been eating just fine all this time they have gone unused and Pekora figured that because he has been too cute lately, done well on getting used to their home, and given Pekora a lot of relief, so she gave him some as a reward and she was surprised to find him devouring it, making her realize it must really be different from the regular dry food since he seemed this happy when eating it.
She was worried that having tasted that food it would turn into a situation where he won't eat unless the canned food is mixed in so she gave him the regular food for a couple of days and found that he was eating as normal which relieved her, although she gets the feeling that he can't get that taste out of his head because lately when she is preparing to give him food he'll show up and once places the food down for him he'll look at it and give a reaction as if saying; "Ah... It's just this again..."
She feels sort of bad over it and tells him that she's sorry but once they have something that they can celebrate she'll give him some more. She continues that giving him too much would fatten him up and while she does think that fat cats are cute she wants to keep Goro-nyan from being fat as much as she is able.

She brings up that his "Toilet high"* is pretty extreme, because before he reaches this state he is super cute and easy to cuddle with, just laying with his eyes close while Pekora is scratching him where he likes it. But once the toilet high it is like he flips a switch, he won't let her touch him since he'll just be running around berserk, although even this is cute she thinks. Once he gets into this mode she'll give up on the cuddling and go get the cat toy instead, which is this weird bug like dummy thing on a stick that she can bounce next to him that he'll happily attack.

*This warrants a longer explanation since it was brought up in the recent Minecraft stream that I didn't cover. The word used is うんちーずハイ which can be described as a period of high exaltation after taking a shit, but in Pekora's case their cat gets really worked up before taking a shit. This phenomenon is apparently common among cats, and because of this the word has become very popular to use among her family recently.

She brings up another topic beginning by saying that she mentioned that he was a male cat right, so next month somewhere they are going to go have his "Precious valuables" removed, and she worries if it will go well. The chat realizes what she means and she clarifies it as his testicles, she also brings up that at the pet shop the clerk just casually said "testicles" which caused Pekora to have to hold back herself from snickering at it, despite it being such a common thing to say and no matter how many times she said it Pekora had to stifle her laughter as she replied to the clerk. On that thread she says that she thinks she won't be able to tell the veterinarians at the hospital to; "Please remove his testicles" with a straight face, so she'll have to rely on her mother to request it instead. The chat tells her that she can just use the word "Castration" rather than "Remove his testicles" and she laughs and says that's right.
She worries what effect it will have on him, will it change his personality? And she heard that since he is a male his mating instincts will eventually surface making him want to go search for a mate and for that purpose he'll go around marking stuff, so before that happens one should have them removed.
But she says that she wants to have kittens from him since his traits are so good. He gets easily attached, lets you touch him a lot, and even when she scolds him and she thinks he'll be put off by her scolding, he'll still be all cuddly even after that although she wonders if this might be because he doesn't understand what it is she is saying, but because of these traits she wants kittens from him.
But sadly probably somewhere at the start of December they'll have to get him castrated, and sure she realizes that even if she says that she wants his kittens she knows she can't let him have kittens, and besides he doesn't have a partner anyways and when cats give birth it isn't just one kitten either so.
