I actually agree a lot. I think ideal design would have looked more like the "supernatural fast food employee" thing and played up that contrast more. I also think it would benefit from being less slutty. And really Kiara's lore is that she's the business owner not the front-line worker, so the uniform itself in hindsight doesn't really work.

Pretty much all the fanart that turns down the sluttiness of her outfit is a huge improvement. Teacher Kiara for example looks great. There's also some art of her looking more like a "boss lady/store manager" which also is more thematically fitting.
