Everybody! It's the start of Cirnaruto's ninjutsu class!

How Cirno and Naruto are related:

-Both make themselves out to be stronger and more important than they are
-Both consider themselves geniuses when they're actually idiots
-Both are terrible students (Cirno's Perfect Math Class, anybody?)
-Both can be associated with the number nine.
-Both have fanbases plagued by idiots (Touhoufags vs Narutards) that make the rest of the fandom cringe

Did I miss anything?

Cirno is the Naruto of the Touhou franchise. Think about it: they both seem to be aiming for the top, are terrible students, and claim to be the best there is. Also, loud, obnoxious and childish.
