I don't think it's necessary to include the build itself(regarding NPIIKai) since as you noted Linux people should be able to build it themselves.
I think instructions should be added cause there are no packages for most distro.

Are you gonna include an updated version of thcrap in the new release?
In case yes I don't know if it will work on Linux, I had problems with the latest release from their site so keep it in mind and edit the thcrap part I wrote if unsure.
Maybe if other people play 2hu on Linux they could cross check...
