No, they won't. This is what single Tsu can do (btw AS+, on node with lower aa than 6-1-B). By going for air parity your plane loss will also be higher so while you have one more attack in air strike (all of them have shaky accuracy btw, relying on them is silly), they will all be weaker.

It is just as effective. It simply doesn't trigger as often. You meet two normal Tsu on the way and one elite on boss node. Assuming you won't get AACI'd when discussing comps is naive at best.

I'm not saying using Taihou is bad (any of top4 carriers work well on 6-1) but she definitely isn't clear best choice.

That's good because boss node has more AA than any previous node. I want my planes to be useful on all four nodes and not just three.
