I wouldn't really consider Mion to be a good person. She does some morally grey things such as hiding corpses for her friends and can also be considered partially responsible for Rina's death in some of the episodes. I also don't remember her having any moral problems with all of the shady things her family does, which makes it seem like she'll continue the tortures and everything once she becomes the boss.

She's just really good at separating her family life from her personal life, since she's probably the nicest character in the whole VN when she's around her friends.
