I know I'm a bit late replying, but I go out with Tei all the time and occasionally Yuyuko. At least multiple times a week. Nobody questions them or looks at me strangely, because I'm generally a friendly person and act natural with the fumos. I actually get compliments sometimes from random people telling me they like my doll! As long as you own it and don't act awkward, I don't think anyone will look twice at you. My thought about it is, "welp, we're all gonna die one day so what does it matter?"

Just today I went out walking on a rather crowded nature trail with my husband and kids, and decided to bring Tei. She loves the spring time!
