Keychains & straps are pretty much the only Ran-things left to collect, except for doujinshi, trading cards, and garage kits, which are all things I don't have much interest in (though I do have some doujinshi.) I got my suku when I went to Japan 3 years ago, and they were widely available then. Hard to say now.

Probably the Phat! statue just right of center. It's the crown jewel both in price and quality. Before I had a real collection, I only had the Fumo and the big keychain in it's lap. I was on the fence about it for a long time, but then I actually went to Japan and saw it in person at the Mandarake Akihabara location. It's what really kickstarted my collection.

I had to wait for it to show up on Surugaya for quite some time. Many other things on that shelf were acquired similarly; diligently checking online second-hand stores everyday and using an importer. I have a folder that I middle-click to open several URLs at once where Ran is already entered in the search: Surugaya, Yahoo.jp auction, Mandarake, Melonbooks & Toranoana, and AmiAmi. I acquire fanart in the same manner, too.
