No. See: her self-reflection during the watanagashi scene. It's almost like Satoko wasn't there, I wouldn't even be surprised if this Rika is from a world where Satoko flunked St. Lucia exams or something.

Satoko made herself fairly suspicious to Rika, perhaps even on purpose. She didn't outright say that she's a looper during this scene, but she might as well have done that.
The meeper only finally managed to connect the dots when Satoko had a PTSD moment with the trap. Did Satoko also do that on purpose...?
